• $75.00 per written order

SUMMARY:

A Diagnostician will work on assignment to provide written orders for the Home & Community Services Intensive Behavioral Health Services program of the CCIU. The Diagnostician will provide behavioral health diagnoses and service orders

Requirements

• Experience working with children diagnosed on the Autism Spectrum Disorder

• PA License (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)

CREDENTIALS:

(Clearances current within 12 months)

• PA Child Abuse (Act 151) Clearance
• PA Criminal (Act 34) Clearance
• FBI Department of Human Service background clearance - Service code: 1KG738
• TB screening (current within 3 months)
• Official transcripts from graduate program
• Professional liability insurance
• Valid PA licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPC)

Benefits

The Diagnostician position is an independent contract (1099) position. No benefits are associated with this role.
