About this Design Engineer, Mechanical (m/w/d) - befristet auf 24 Monate role at MKS Instruments
In Ihrer Rolle als Design Engineer, Mechanical (m/w/d) übernehmen Sie die mechanische Konstruktion von Produktionsanlagen, inklusive 3D-Modellierung von Baugruppen, sowie das Ableiten fertigungs- und normgerechter Zeichnungen und Stücklisten.
Dabei arbeiten Sie eingebunden in ein Konstruktions-Team im Mechanical Engineering, um Anlagen nach technischen Vorgaben effizient und termingerecht umzusetzen. Sie unterstützen darüber hinaus weitere technische Fachabteilungen auch im englischsprachigen Bereich.
Ihre Verantwortung
Mechanische Konstruktion für Produktionsanlagen anhand von R&I und Anlagendatenblatt unter der Einhaltung gültiger Richtlinien für sichere Anlagen und Maschinen:
3D-Konstruktion von Baugruppen & kompletten Anlagenmodulen
Ableiten norm- und fertigungsgerechter 2D-Zeichnungen
Ableiten fertigungsgerechter Stücklisten.
Mechanische Konstruktion anhand von Spezifikation & Pflichtenheft sowie Auswahl und technische Spezifikation für die im Aufgabengebiet erforderlichen Bauteile, Baugruppen und Module:
bei der Planung komplexer Produktionsanlagen im Rahmen von Kundenprojekten
im Rahmen von Entwicklungsarbeiten und beim Planen komplizierter Anlagenteile und Apparaturen
Bearbeiten und Beantworten technischer Anfragen von Kunden, Regionen, Servicetechnikern und Baustellenleitern.
Intensive Abstimmung und Kommunikation mit allen beteiligten Fachabteilungen (Systems-Development, elektrische Konstruktion, R&I und Technische Dokumentation, Projektmanagement, Einkauf, Arbeitsvorbereitung, Fertigung, u.a. in Feucht und Guangzhou).
Initiierung, Auswahl und Freigabe der Anfertigung standardisierter Baugruppen & Bauteile (Materialstämme) in Zusammenarbeit mit Einkauf, Arbeitsvorbereitung, Produktion.
Ihre Fähigkeiten und Kompetenzen
Abgeschlossenes ingenieurwissenschaftliches Studium, Abschluss als Techniker oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
Mehrjährige, dem zu verantwortenden Bereich entsprechende Berufserfahrung, wünschenswert ist Erfahrung im Bereich Konstruktion nasschemischer Produktionsanlagen. Sehr gute Fachkenntnisse für den zu verantwortenden Bereich.
Sehr gute Anwenderkenntnisse der im zu verantwortenden Bereich verwendeten Software, insbesondere: Autodesk Inventor, PLM Software Pro.File, SAP & dem Microsoft Office-Paket.
Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
Persönliche Eigenschaften: Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit, Kreativität, unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln, sorgfältige Arbeitsweise.
