We are looking for a highly capable, concept-driven creative leader with deep experience in corporate branding, visual identity, and brand systems. You will be responsible for translating business and brand strategy into compelling creative ideas, defining distinctive visual languages, and ensuring exceptional craft and consistency from concept through execution. Beyond strong graphic design skills, you should possess an exceptional eye for art direction and visual storytelling, with the ability to develop cohesive brand expressions across typography, photography, illustration, motion, digital, and AI-generated creative content.
This role works closely with Creative Directors, strategists, and multidisciplinary teams across global markets. You will lead creative thinking, shape design direction, and inspire teams while remaining hands-on throughout the creative process. We're looking for someone who is curious, collaborative, culturally aware, and passionate about creating distinctive, enduring corporate brands.
What You'll Do:
-
Lead the creative direction of corporate branding, visual identity, and brand system projects from concept through final execution.
-
Translate business, organisational, and brand strategy into distinctive creative concepts and compelling visual identity systems.
-
Develop scalable corporate identity systems that create clarity, consistency, and differentiation across markets, audiences, and touchpoints.
-
Define and maintain a strong art direction across typography, photography, illustration, digital, and AI-assisted creative outputs, ensuring a cohesive and distinctive brand expression.
-
Collaborate closely with Creative Directors, strategists, writers, and multidisciplinary teams to develop integrated corporate brand experiences across physical and digital touch points.
-
Present and articulate creative ideas confidently to internal teams, senior stakeholders, and global clients, guiding projects through feedback and refinement.
-
Provide creative leadership throughout projects, elevating craft, conceptual thinking, visual storytelling, and design quality across the team.
-
Champion innovation by integrating AI tools, emerging technologies, motion, and 3D workflows into the creative process where appropriate.
-
Ensure all work meets the highest standards of creative excellence, strategic relevance, brand consistency, and production quality.
-
Contribute to a collaborative studio culture, sharing knowledge, driving best practices, and supporting the growth and development of the wider creative team.
What You'll Need:
-
Significant experience within a leading branding or design consultancy, with a strong focus on corporate branding, visual identity, and brand systems.
-
A portfolio demonstrating exceptional conceptual thinking, creative leadership, and world-class execution across corporate identity and brand design.
-
Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
-
Outstanding understanding of corporate identity systems, typography, composition, colour, art direction, visual storytelling, and brand expression.
-
A refined eye for art direction, with experience directing photography, illustration, motion, and AI-generated creative assets.
-
Experience developing and managing complex brand systems and identity programs across multiple markets, channels, and touch points.
-
Experience collaborating with Creative Directors and multidisciplinary teams across global markets and complex organisations.
-
Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to confidently engage with senior client stakeholders and decision-makers.
-
Familiarity with motion design, 3D workflows, digital design, and AI-assisted creative tools is highly desirable.
-
Excellent organisational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage multiple projects within fast-paced environments.
-
A collaborative, globally minded approach with strong cultural awareness and the ability to work effectively across international teams.
