About this Deputy Program Manager role at XLA
XLA is looking for a Deputy Program Manager to support a federal agency in Arlington, VA. This position is onsite position Monday-Friday.
Salary: $100,000 - $120,000
Responsibilities:

Assist the Program Manager to effectively and efficiently plan, organize, and manage all employees

Provide day-to-day administrative direction and assign staff personnel to appropriate shifts or functions

Monitor staff workload per labor category to ensure contract compliance

Establish or improve procedures and controls

Coordinate day-to-day project activities and client contact

Assist the Program Manager with day-to-day matters, including providing the COR with status reports

Handle disciplinary matters and sign papers/documents on behalf of the Contractor

Assist with conducting staff meetings and maintain time and attendance records
