Project Role Description : Plan and lead the execution of a comprehensive deployment plan, including work planning, scheduling, budgeting, metrics, training, pilots, and resources. Collaborate with all project teams to manage interdependencies, ensure alignment between all deployment-related activities, and monitor & control progress through the deployment plan.

This position demands a proactive approach to monitoring and controlling the deployment process to ensure seamless implementation and successful delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of deployment strategies to optimize project outcomes.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among diverse teams to ensure smooth execution of deployment activities.
- Mentor junior team members to support their growth and enhance overall team performance.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Time Management.
- Strong knowledge of deployment methodologies and project management principles related to SAP SuccessFactors.
- Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing complex project interdependencies.
- Ability to analyze deployment metrics and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Skilled in resource planning and budget management within large-scale technology projects.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at various levels.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Time Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
