Dental Assistant: Join Our Team - $24 + an hour - Based on Experience

We’re growing, and we’re looking for a Dental Assistant who is caring, dependable, and ready to make a real difference in our patients’ lives. If you’re someone who stays calm under pressure, communicates with warmth, and takes pride in doing things right, you’ll fit right in. What You’ll Do

• Prepare treatment rooms, sterilize instruments, and keep equipment ready for each procedure
• Assist the dentist chairside by anticipating needs and passing instruments
• Take and process digital X-rays
• Help patients feel at ease before, during, and after their visit
• Teach patients about oral hygiene and explain post-treatment care
• Greet patients, schedule appointments, and assist with payment
• Maintain accurate patient records
• Support lab tasks and general office duties as needed

What You’ll Bring

• Knowledge of dental terminology and basic oral anatomy
• Familiarity with common procedures such as fillings, crowns, extractions, root canals, and implants
• 1-2 years of dental assisting experience preferred (we’ll train the right person)
• Empathy, patience, and quick thinking
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, team-first attitude
• Professionalism, integrity, and a strong work ethic
