  • Continuously evaluate and improve forecasting methodologies, planning processes, and analytical tools to deliver measurable business value.

  • Collaborate with Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Commercial, and IT teams to drive adoption of analytical solutions and best practices across the organization.

Traits We Believe Make a Strong Candidate

  • Ability to work with large, complex datasets and leverage both structured and unstructured data to solve business problems.

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect analytical outputs to business outcomes and planning decisions.

  • Experience designing scalable, robust, and maintainable data and analytics solutions in a cloud environment.

  • Effective communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to present technical concepts and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to partner effectively across Demand Planning, Marketing, Supply Chain, IT, and Commercial teams.

  • Curiosity, creativity, and a continuous improvement mindset, with a passion for leveraging data and technology to drive business value.

  • Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience developing analytical solutions using Python.

  • 2+ years of experience in time series forecasting, with a strong understanding of statistical forecasting techniques including univariate, multivariate, and ensemble models.

  • 2+ years of experience working with database technologies (SQL or similar), including data modeling, querying, and data management.

  • 1+ year of experience working in a cloud computing environment such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Microsoft Azure.

  • 2+ years of experience developing dashboards and visualizations using Microsoft Power BI or similar business intelligence tools.
