589964 Demand Planner, Supply Chain, Personal Health (Stamford, CT)

As a Demand Planner, Supply Chain, Personal Health, you will lead the development and execution of the demand planning process, leveraging data, market insights, and cross-functional collaboration to improve forecast accuracy, optimize inventory, and support strategic business decisions.

Your role:

• Lead and optimize the end-to-end demand planning process, developing accurate and timely forecasts that incorporate market dynamics, consumer trends, customer insights, and business objectives across assigned product categories.
• Partner closely with sales, marketing, supply chain, and other cross-functional teams to drive consensus demand planning, align supply and demand, and ensure demand plans are updated in support of business planning cycles and strategic decision-making.
• Develop and refine demand planning models, tools, and analytical frameworks, leveraging advanced analytics and machine learning to improve forecast accuracy, anticipate demand fluctuations, and optimize inventory management.
• Analyze internal and external data and key performance indicator trends to identify risks, supply chain disruptions, and process improvement opportunities; develop and implement solutions that improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Drive continuous improvement across the demand planning function by implementing demand planning systems and emerging technologies, establishing best practices, and supporting talent management activities including selection, performance management, career development, and day-to-day operational leadership.

You're the right fit if:

• You’ve acquired 3+ years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree or 1+ years of experience with a Master’s degree in demand planning, supply chain management, forecasting, business planning, or a related field, with experience supporting cross-functional demand planning processes.
• Your skills include demand forecasting, data analysis, inventory management, demand planning models and tools, interpreting market and customer trends, identifying supply chain risks, and translating data into actionable business insights. Experience with advanced analytics, machine learning, and demand planning software is a plus.
• You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Economics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Data Analysis and Statistics, Business Analytics, or an equivalent field.
• You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
• You’re an analytical and collaborative professional with strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across sales, marketing, supply chain, and other business functions while managing multiple priorities and driving continuous improvement.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in CT is $98,000 to $155,000

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.   

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.  Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.  Details about our benefits can be found here. 

At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position.  For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Stamford, CT.
