As a Delivery Operations Representative, a typical day involves overseeing the execution and support of various contracts and programs to ensure smooth service delivery. This role includes coordinating and assigning tasks within the contract team, monitoring the quality and cost-effectiveness of services provided, and maintaining alignment with organizational goals. The position requires continuous engagement with multiple stakeholders to facilitate efficient operations and timely delivery of commitments, while adapting to evolving project requirements and priorities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize service delivery processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to ensure contract compliance and operational excellence.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and facilitating their professional development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Delivery Operations Control.
- Strong capability in managing service delivery quality and cost control.
- Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
- Ability to analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Skilled in problem-solving and decision-making within complex delivery environments.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to foster collaboration.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Delivery Operations Control.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
