  • Monitor team capacity and workload to ensure resources are effectively utilised and deadlines are met.
  • Maintain visibility of project timelines, dependencies, risks, and delivery status across the portfolio.
  • Proactively identify bottlenecks, delivery challenges, and resource constraints, escalating issues when required.
  • Track campaign performance against agreed KPIs and support contingency planning when projects fall behind expectations.
  • Develop and continuously improve traffic management processes, reporting, forecasting, and resource-planning practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and operational excellence.
  • Provide leadership with clear insights into team capacity, project priorities, and delivery risks.

  • Proven ability to manage workloads, resources, and competing priorities across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Strong organisational, planning, and prioritisation skills with excellent attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging senior leaders.
  • Experience using project, traffic, or resource-management platforms such as Asana, Workfront, Monday.com, or similar tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within an agency, publishing, media, or marketing services environment.
  • Knowledge of advertising operations, events, society partnerships, scientific content, or medical education delivery.
  • Experience designing or improving traffic management, intake, resource planning, or workflow processes.
