Position Summary:
The successful candidate will be a key member of the LATAM & Canada Technology COO Team, providing governance, financial, operational, risk, and executive reporting support across the organization. The role partners closely with technology, business, finance, risk, compliance, audit, and executive stakeholders to support strategic priorities, portfolio oversight, leadership routines, and management reporting.
Success in this role requires strong business management and analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, advanced PowerPoint and Excel proficiency, and the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights while effectively managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate leadership routines, governance forums, operating cadences, and executive communications
- Develop executive presentations, management reports, business reviews, briefing materials, and RFI responses
- Support portfolio oversight, funding analysis, year-over-year reporting, trend analysis, and headcount management
- Monitor and report on risk, audit, regulatory, compliance, and issue management activities
- Analyze complex information to identify risks, dependencies, trends, and opportunities, providing actionable insights to leadership
- Partner across technology, business, finance, risk, compliance, audit, and control functions to drive strategic objectives
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of governance, financial, operational, and executive reporting
- Drive process improvements to enhance reporting, governance, and operational efficiency
- Support executive requests, strategic initiatives, and special projects
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Business Management, COO, Business Support, Governance, Risk Management, Technology Management, or a related function
- Experience supporting portfolio funding analysis, year-over-year reporting, headcount management, and executive reporting
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficiency with Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and data integrity
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with experience developing executive-level materials
- Proven ability to build and influence relationships across technology, business, finance, risk, compliance, audit, and control functions
- Experience supporting governance, audit, compliance, regulatory, risk, and control-related activities
- Strong project management, organizational, and prioritization skills
- Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to identify process improvements and drive operational excellence
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Technology Management, or a related function
- Experience in a Business Management, COO, or Business Support role within a financial institution, preferably supporting Technology or Global Banking & Markets organizations
- Experience supporting LATAM and/or Canada Technology organizations
- Bilingual in Spanish and/or Portuguese
- Knowledge of Global Technology policies, standards, and governance processes
- Experience supporting regulatory, audit, compliance, or issue management activities
- Project management experience and/or certification preferred
- Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and delivery focus
