We’re now hiring Delivery Couriers to join Wolt Operations in the Zagreb capital region. In this role, your main responsibility is to deliver orders to customers with accuracy and great service, ensuring every delivery is reliable and high-quality. As an employed courier, you’ll work under the guidance of your manager and within Wolt’s established routines and standards. Additionally I would like to mention Wolt will provide you with all the gear you need, no need for your own car/bike.
We are looking for motivated Delivery Couriers to join our team in the Zagreb capital region! In this role, your main responsibility will be to deliver orders to customers while providing excellent service. We’re looking for people with a strong customer service mindset, a positive attitude, and the professionalism to ensure every delivery is a high-quality experience.
What you'll be doing
- You’ll be carrying out deliveries within Zagreb and the capital region (we will provide you with an electric bike for the deliveries, if needed.)
- Following company-established routines and standards related to food and product safety, ensuring items are handled with care and that hygiene protocols are respected at all times
- Taking ownership beyond the obvious by proactively identifying and solving minor issues during delivery operations, like incidents, delays, or irregularities
- Representing Wolt in the field, acting as an ambassador of our values in every customer and partner interaction
- Providing a customer-first experience during deliveries, maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor that reflects positively on our brand
- Ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of your own vehicle
Our humble expectations*
- Identification document – For registration and identity verification, you will need valid identification documents.
- Certificate of no criminal record – To ensure safety and trust, a certificate of no criminal record is required.
- Smartphone with a data connection – To use the Wolt app, the essential tool for your work, you will need a smartphone with a mobile data connection.
- An email address.
- Your own means of transportation is preferred – such as a car, scooter, or bicycle.
- Valid driving licence(Croatian or an EU) – If you use a vehicle such as a car or scooter, you will need the appropriate driving licence.

Qualifications
- Customer service mindset
- Hands-on and can-do attitude
- Good communication skills
- Reliable & safe driving skills
- Good knowledge of the Zagreb capital region
- English level minimum B1
- Valid eligibility to work in Croatia: EU citizenship or valid work and residence permit in Croatia
- At least 18 years old
- Previous experience from customer-facing work is considered a plus
Documentation needed when applying for a work permit for the citizens of third country:
- A decision on the recognition of a foreign professional qualification (only if it concerns the employment of a citizen of a third country who will perform a regulated profession),
- A copy of a valid travel document,
- Proof of impunity for a citizen of a third country, if it is the first temporary stay of a citizen of a third country in the Republic of Croatia,
- Employment agreement,
- New proof of accommodation.
