Join us and own end-to-end deployment, clinical IT integration, and service readiness for the launch of AzurionEye, our AI-enabled interventional system.

As the Deployment and Delivery Lead, Azurion Eye, you will lead the end-to-end deployment and delivery workstream that makes AzurionEye ready to integrate, install, launch, and support in complex hospital environments. This role owns market and customer delivery readiness, including deep integration with hospital IT ecosystems and EMR/EHR platforms, deployment planning, service readiness, go-live execution, and upgrade pathways for Philips' existing Azurion installed base.

Upon market launch, it is intended for this role to take a leadership position leading the downstream implementation and deployment efforts for AzurionEye.

Your role:

  • Clinical IT and EMR Integration – lead integration into hospital IT environments, including EMR/EHR platforms such as Epic, interoperability workflows and interfaces, cybersecurity, networking, identity and access, data exchange, testing, and customer technical acceptance.
  • Service Readiness, Go-Live, and Installed-Base Upgrades – own the customer service blueprint, FSE (Field Service Engineer) capacity, tools, cutover and go-live planning, issue escalation, and post-launch support model, while defining a clear, supported upgrade pathway for the existing Azurion installed base.

You're the right fit if:

  • You’ve acquired 5+ years of experience leading complex deployment, implementation, delivery, or service-readiness programs in MedTech, healthcare IT, or a hospital technology environment.
  • Your skills included deep experience integrating enterprise healthcare technology into hospital IT ecosystems and EMR/EHR platforms; hands-on Epic implementation or integration experience, or prior experience at Epic, is strongly preferred. Additionally, you have strong technical fluency across interoperability standards and workflows such as HL7, FHIR, and DICOM, as well as interfaces and APIs, networking, cybersecurity, identity and access, testing, validation, and production go-live support.
  • You have a Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Healthcare, Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
  • You are a strong communicator, with working knowledge of service and deployment operations, including Field Service Engineering, installation, customer support models, installed-base upgrades, capacity planning, tooling, and operational handoff. Also, you possess proven ability to lead cross-functional delivery across geographies and cultures, aligning customer IT and clinical stakeholders with Service, Product, Engineering, Quality, Security, and regional commercial teams to resolve dependencies and deliver results in a fast-moving launch environment.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This is an office role.
