Help Shape the Standards Behind Great Claims Outcomes!
At Markel, great claims outcomes don't just happen. They rely on strong governance, effective partnerships and robust oversight. We're looking for a Delegated Claims Technician to join our Claims team in Leeds. This is an exciting opportunity for an insurance professional who enjoys analysing information, building stakeholder relationships and helping driving continuous improvement across delegated claims arrangements.
This role offers the chance to work closely with both internal and external stakeholders, helping to ensure claims handled by delegated claims providers are delivered to the high standards our customers, brokers and business expect.

- Supporting governance, oversight and audit activities across delegated claims arrangements.
- Maintaining delegated claims dashboards and regulatory records.
- Working collaboratively with Claims, Underwriting, Compliance and Operational stakeholders across the business.
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, controls and service delivery.

We'd love to hear from candidates who have:

- Experience working with delegated claims authority arrangements.
- Knowledge of third-party administrator (TPA) oversight.
