Mecánico de Decorado
Responsabilidades
Asegurar la operación del proceso de decorado, cambios de diseño con base a los estándares, procedimientos, controles y políticas establecidas por Crown bajo un proceso de mejora continúa minimizando tiempos, optimizando materiales y dando soporte a los mecánicos líderes para el logro de las metas establecidas en los indicadores operativos, el crecimiento, permanencia y rentabilidad del negocio, asegurando el cumplimiento de las necesidades de nuestros clientes.
Requisitos
•INDISPENSABLE Carrera Técnica en Mecánica Automotriz, Industrial, Eléctrica o carrera a fin.

Responsible for the maintenance, repair, and optimal functioning of machinery and equipment used in the decoration and finishing processes within the manufacturing facility.
Job Responsibilities**
* Perform routine preventative maintenance on deco machinery, including but not limited to presses, sprayers, ovens, and labeling equipment.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues in deco equipment.
* Execute repairs, replacements, and adjustments of machine components to ensure efficient operation and minimize downtime.
* Conduct equipment changeovers and setups according to production schedules and specifications.
* Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve operational inefficiencies related to machinery.
* Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used accurately and completely.
* Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies, including Lockout/Tagout procedures.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area.
* Assist in the training of production operators on basic machine operation and troubleshooting.
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to equipment performance and reliability.
Job Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or technical degree in mechanics, industrial maintenance, or a related field preferred.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience as a maintenance mechanic, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
* Proven experience with decorative machinery (e.g., silk screen, pad printing, spray coating equipment) is highly desirable.
* Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
* Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
* Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
* Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools safely and effectively.
* Basic understanding of electrical systems and controls is a plus.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Physical ability to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and work in various environmental conditions.
* Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
