Compensation

Hourly base pay rate is $20.10 - $30.10/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.

Schedule Requirement: This is a full-time, on-site position based at Manheim Orlando in Ocoee, FL. Team members typically work a Monday through Friday schedule; however, participation in a rotating Sunday schedule is required. When scheduled to work on Sunday, team members are off on the Friday of that same week, maintaining a 40-hour workweek.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Concentration in online vehicle exchange
• Promoting Manheim’s awesome products and services
• Support digital sales and transactions
• Negotiating bids and consulting on pricing,
• Solving problems and being the friendly face our clients count on

Who You Are:
Quick thinker, problem solver, relationship builder — and ready to make every auction day a success.

Minimum:

• A high school diploma or GED and 3 years of experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination of education and experience, such as a degree or certification or 5 years of experience in a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to perform at a high level and adapt within a fast-paced team environment.
• The ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time, perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 15 pounds.
• Vision requirements include being able to see close, far and in color, judge distances and adapt to changes in focus

Preferred:

• 1 to 3 years of auction experience or 2 to 4 years of dealership experience.
• Previous experience in sales support role.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
