Hours: 6p-2:30a M-F with Overtime as needed
Starting rate: $24.50/hr with the ability to make up to $5.50/hr more for a max total of $30/hr based on individual performance!
Responsibilities
As a DC Equipment Operator, your responsibilities will include:
- Operate and manage warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery.
- Strictly adhere to safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders to meet customer requirements and deadlines.
- Conduct regular equipment inspections to determine maintenance needs and ensure operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to successfully implement daily shipping plans and exceed performance goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to support operational efficiency
- Complete material test reports (MTRs) as needed
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Proven experience operating warehouse equipment with a focus on safety and efficiency.
- Capability to operate during 2nd shift which could involve potential overtime and Saturday OT.
- Strong attention to detail and a dedication to accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy items, up to 50 pounds.
- Exceptional communication abilities and the capacity to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.

This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
