ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Drive Plant oriented KPI improvement by leveraging DBS tools, mentoring skills, and change management process. Enhance DBS culture and scale DBS competency to enable plant sustainable growth. Train and facilitate process improvements by using various DBS tools to enable plant management to drive results. Assist Plant leadership in the development of a DBS roadmap. Directly provide formal and informal DBS training and coaching Facilitate other DBS training sessions when needed. Improve DBS training and facilitation skills by pursuing certification in DBS tools Lead and manage the Kaizen Funnel and develop project charters and lead events through all funnel stages, inclusive of sustainment. Regularly participate and contribute in Plant Activities and Daily Management reviews Ensure productive kaizen events (well planned, executed and sustained) Promote and facilitate target associate development in various DBS tools Benchmark and incorporate best practices into DBS

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be hands-on and detail-oriented but also able to see the big picture. Need to be able to think strategically and view the business from a senior leader standpoint. Must be very customer focused and have strong interpersonal and communications skills. Will need to be a quick study who can rapidly adapt to Danaher’s culture and gain the confidence of the Danaher organization.  This person will be high energy and able to handle conflict.  Will be an independent worker, capable of operating in a fast-moving, ever changing environment and able to effectively deal with difficult situations. 

Education and/or Experience

Bachelor degrees in a relevant field required. Business and Lean Knowledge – includes value added perspective, financial awareness and cost control, industry knowledge, strategic focus, diverse business experience. Minimum 2-3 years in a Pall or Danaher business with exposure to DBS tools is preferred. Ability to speak, read, write, presents English clearly for communication. 3 years of Manager or above management experience Previously worked in plant, responsible for production or supply chain is preferred.
