As a Data Testing Engineer - Manager, you will specialize in testing and quality assurance activities related to Guidewire applications, confirming they meet desired standards and perform as expected. Within our Advisory - Other practice, you will leverage your skills to analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.

As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our Firm. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will confirm that Guidewire applications meet the desired quality standards and perform as expected.

Responsibilities

Leads data validation and testing activities for the conversion.

Developing test plans to verify data accuracy, completeness

And integrity between source and target systems.

Manages conversion test cycles, tracks data quality defects, and provides sign-off recommendations for each mock run.

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 10 to 14 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Data conversion testing and reconciliation
