Summary:
As a Data Platform Architect, a typical day involves designing and implementing comprehensive data platform blueprints that align with organizational goals. This role requires close collaboration with Integration Architects and Data Architects to ensure seamless integration of various systems and data models. The position demands a strategic approach to building scalable and efficient data platforms, overseeing the architectural framework, and ensuring that all components work harmoniously to support business needs and data-driven initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of data platform architecture to meet evolving business requirements.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth.
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance platform capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS Database Migration Service (DMS), AWS Administration.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with AWS Administration.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-based data migration strategies and best practices.
- Experience in designing scalable and secure data platform architectures.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex data integration and migration challenges.
- Familiarity with data modeling concepts and integration patterns within cloud environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in AWS Database Migration Service (DMS).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
