This team supports our customer at conferences and meetings. The position to be covered will serve as effective partner with the meeting planners and team leader for advanced and accurate meetings data feeding, monitoring through different owned and customer systems.  

What You’ll Do on a Typical Day :

Event Operations & Support :

• Weekly data monitoring check-ins and event website setup and registration administration
• Attendee management check in and comprehensive reporting
• Real-time troubleshooting for stakeholders and planners

Compliance & Reporting 

• MAPP platform guidance and updates
• TOV reporting administration
• Monthly Cvent KPI validation
• Data review documentation and summaries

Financial & Administrative :

• Centralized purchase order receipt and assignment
• Meetings Central proficiency and business review documentation
• Panish tax reconciliation support ,Vendor onboarding and payment processing assistance

What We’re Looking For :

Client Management & Communication: 

• Daily interactions with stakeholders
• Fluent bilingual support in Spanish and English
• Serve as Data primary point of contact for Spain and Regional markets at monthly Audit level.

Cvent and Meetings Central Platforms Expertise 

• Advanced Cvent and MC knowledge and hands-on support
• Weekly data validation before events
• Cvent reconciliation and data accuracy checks
• Data Angels modification oversight
• Event closure system management
