  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and data-sync issues with study devices and sensors.
  • Apply and wear CGMs and other on-body sensors as a test subject/participant to support manual testing and validate device functionality, comfort, and data accuracy.
  • Follow software technical notes and troubleshoot issues encountered during clinical trials.
  • Monitor devices and systems throughout study sessions to catch and report technical issues promptly.
  • Log incidents, device errors, and troubleshooting steps clearly and accurately.
  • Escalate unresolved technical issues to engineering or clinical leads as needed.
  • Follow study protocols, safety procedures, and data privacy requirements.
  • Communicate clearly with clinical staff to minimize disruption to study participants.

Required Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field, in the 3rd or 4th year of study.
  • Comfortable working with hardware/software troubleshooting
  • Willingness and ability to wear on-body medical sensors (e.g., CGMs) for extended periods as part of testing duties
  • Available to work rotating shifts, including overnight, weekend, and/or holiday hours
  • Strong attention to detail and reliable, punctual attendance
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to follow structured protocols and maintain confidentiality of study/participant data.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Coursework or experience in software testing/QA
  • Familiarity with wearable devices, medical devices, or IoT sensors
