The Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Data Analyst to join Norgine. The role reports to the relevant line manager and focuses on analysing data to generate insights that improve business performance, processes, and strategic decision-making.

This is a 12 Months Fixed Term Contract role.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse and interpret complex datasets to identify trends and insights
• Deliver predictive and advanced analytics, including model validation
• Support business intelligence through statistical analysis and AI tools
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance data quality and consistency
• Produce reports and visualisations to communicate findings clearly
• Support business requirements gathering and trend analysis.

Requirements

• Experience in data analysis, interpretation, and reporting
• Knowledge of data analysis techniques and business intelligence tools
• Familiarity with statistical methods and/or machine learning tools
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capability
• Ability to communicate insights effectively to different audiences
• Degree-level education or equivalent experience

Experience

• Experience working with structured and complex datasets
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Confidence presenting ideas and influencing stakeholders
