About this Data Analyst for Procurement (d/f/m) role at Airbus
Job Description:
Ihre Aufgaben
- Identifizierung von Hebeln für Prozessverbesserungen und Messung der Performance im Einkaufs- und Supply Chain Management Prozess
- Automatisierung und Digitalisierung entlang der Procurement & Supply Chain Management Prozesse
- Mitwirkung in Data Analysten Netzwerk unter Leitung des Lead Procurement Data Analyst (Brainstorming, Best Practice)
- Aufbau von Reports und Dashboards für die internen Kunden zur Darstellung von z.B. Spendanalysen und Performance-KPIs
- Analyse von Daten aus verschiedenen Systemen sowie G-Sheets-Datein und Umsetzung von nachhaltigen Datenbanken
- Stakeholder Management mit unternehmensinternen und -externen Prozesspartnern z.B. Commodity Leiter, Finance und IT
Ihre Qualifikation:
- Diplom/Bachelor/Master im Bereich Ingenieurwesen, Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit Affinität zur IT oder auf anderem Wege erworbene vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Erfahrungen als Datenanalyst
- Erfahrung mit dem Erstellen und Optimieren von Reports und Dashboards z.B. Skywise, SAP, Dataweaver, Business Objects, Lumira, SQL, Python, G-Suites, R/SPSS, Tableau, Power BI
- Erfahrung in den Bereichen Einkauf, Supply Chain Management oder Fertigung wünschenswert
- Kenntnisse und Erfahrung im (IT-)Projektmanagement von Vorteil
- Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Souveräne Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Deutsch und Englisch verhandlungssicher
