Now, we're looking for a passionate Data & AI Engineer to join our dynamic team in Istanbul. This is an on-site role, requiring you to work 5 days a week from our office in Levent.

In this role, we deeply care about your passion for keeping our game data trustworthy and building the tools and alerts our teams rely on. We highly encourage you to get familiar with both of our games before you apply and complete your application only if you're genuinely excited to power our product and growth decisions with reliable data.

You'll join our small, AI-first data team, working closely with developers, product and marketing. Our analytics platform handles most raw data ingestion, so you can focus on the interesting part: healthy game events, alerts people act on, and AI tooling the team uses every day. You'll build things together with engineers across the studio, get regular code review and feedback, and grow quickly. Both games ship updates roughly every two weeks, so you'll see the impact of your work release after release.

Responsibilities

  • Build and improve the team's AI tooling (reusable agent workflows, integrations, automated reports) and help everyone use AI well: fast, but verified.
  • Keep our game events healthy: work with developers on new events, keep the event dictionary clean, and automate checks that catch broken tracking early.
  • Improve our monitoring and alerts for game KPIs, cheat detection and backend health, and dig into critical errors together with the development team.
  • Take part in releases: review tracking code, check feature metrics and run data checklists.
  • Support marketing with data and AI-assisted analysis of creative performance.
  • Set up small services and automations in the cloud when they're needed.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in data engineering, backend or data platform roles.
  • Strong SQL, including optimizing queries on large event data.
  • Solid Python.
  • Daily, hands-on use of AI coding assistants (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, Copilot), and the habit of checking what they produce.
  • Some experience building with LLMs (e.g., agent workflows, automations).
  • Experience working with event or tracking data, ideally from mobile games or apps.
  • Some experience with monitoring, alerting or debugging production systems.
  • Working knowledge of a cloud platform, ideally Google Cloud (e.g., BigQuery, Cloud Run).
  • Analytical and critical thinking: you question numbers and verify before you conclude.
  • Familiarity with Git and code review.
  • Clear communication, and you enjoy collaborating across teams to create impact.

Nice to have (not required, we'll help you learn)

  • C# / .NET or Azure experience (our game backend runs on them).
  • Anomaly detection or statistics.

Benefits

  • A Compensation Package That Reflects Your Contribution: We keep it simple. Competitive pay that matches the work you deliver.
  • Meal Allowance: Enough for a solid, satisfying meal.
  • Delicious In-Office Catering: Fresh meals, good coffee, sweet treats. No place for hunger, ever.
  • Private Health Insurance: Complementary private health insurance so you can get care without second thoughts.
  • Continuous Learning Support: A monthly budget for courses and platforms, because staying sharp is part of the job.
  • Equity That Actually Makes You a Partner: We offer real equity, not symbolic. Once you reach a certain contribution level, you earn a meaningful stake in the company. When we grow, you grow with us.
  • Meaningful Time Off: Starting from your first year, you receive bonus company-wide rewind holidays: A special extra break even before standard annual leave kicks in. And your birthday is a free day on us.
  • Referral Bonus: Introduce great talent to the team and earn a reward when they join.
  • Milestone Awards: As you reach key milestones with us, you earn bonus rewards that recognize your long-term contribution.
  • A Culture Built Around Players & Ownership: Curious, collaborative, and focused. We’re here to build great games together.
  • A Modern, Comfortable Office in Levent: Bright space, central location, one step from the metro designed to keep you in the "zone".
  • Game Room: A dedicated Xbox corner for fun breaks and quick gaming sessions whenever you need to unwind.
  • Office Events That Keep Us Connected: Fun team moments, regular happy hours, and in-office events throughout the year.
