- Chat & phone support for Danish-speaking subscribers
- Troubleshooting streaming issues, payment questions and app navigation
- Guiding subscribers so they can enjoy their favourite content interruption-free
- Communicating with empathy, clarity and patience
- Working with a supportive team that genuinely has your back
Requirements
- Speak Danish fluently
- Have solid English skills
- Are confident with basic tech/troubleshooting
- Enjoy helping people and solving problems
- Have customer service experience (optional but nice to have)
