The Role

• Communicate with Danish-speaking customers via phone, email and/or chat
• Help customers with questions, requests and everyday issues
• Provide guidance on products, services or technical matters, depending on the assigned project
• Deliver friendly, professional and reliable customer support
• Collaborate with colleagues in a diverse, international team

You will receive role-specific training to prepare you for your position, even if you have no previous experience in the particular field.

• Fluent Danish, both written and spoken
• Good command of English
• At least 18 years of age
• Right to work in Greece
• Comfortable using computers and online tools
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
• Willingness to relocate to Greece
