Purple Technology, a Czech outsourcing company specializing in services for partners in the FinTech industry, is currently seeking a Customer Support Representative fluent in Japanese for JST working hours. The primary role involves delivering customer support in a financial-related service and handling client inquiries through email, chat, and contact forms. Additional responsibilities include administrative tasks like customer registration and maintaining communication records. Fintokei, our partnering company, focuses on identifying talented and passionate traders, offering them the opportunity to trade with substantial capital at a fraction of the usual fee.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON:

Communication with clients (via email, chat, contact forms) and handling their inquiries, requests, and complaints — this will be the biggest part of the role.

Preparation of detailed and content-rich responses.

Processing requests according to the relevant manual for the specific process.

Testing new products and features before release, and reviewing Japanese translations.

Keeping FAQs and news content up to date, and fine-tuning our chatbot's answers.

Reporting any issues and errors to the Team Leader or the relevant department, including emergencies such as server downtime or failed transactions.

Working with trading platforms and simulating reported issues in the platform.

Transcription of Japanese names into latin characters.

Communication with relevant internal departments in the company (Slack, e-mail).

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

Experience with some form of customer service

Native Japanese speaker (N1 level) with strong written communication skills, and fluent in English at a minimum B2 level

Ability to work JST hours (Mon–Fri, 9:00–17:00) on a long-term, fixed basis

Computer literacy and technical proficiency

Can-do attitude and proactivity

Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and in a friendly, empathetic manner to both clients and colleagues

Willingness to educate oneself and increase knowledge about trading platforms, including using AI tools to work faster and smarter

Enthusiasm to join a remote team within a multicultural company
