The S/4 Order Processing Specialist is responsible for end-to-end processing, validation, and management of customer, replacement, DOA,
swap, and special orders in SAP S/4HANA, ensuring accuracy, policy compliance, and timely fulfilment. The role closely supports CRT
Escalations, Commercial & Consumer operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Planners, with a strong focus on clean order creation and
execution.

• Create, modify, and manage sales and replacement orders in SAP S/4HANA (ZRE / ZFD1 / ZNC flows, as applicable).

• Process replacement, swap-out, DOA, delivery-only, pickup-only, and special delivery orders as per approved scenarios.
• Ensure accurate capture of Sold‑To, Ship‑To, Sales Org, Plant, Material, Quantity, and Delivery details.
Coordinates the functional work within the department, assists various departments, monitors process execution, and fosters
positive working relationships with associates and management.

Education & Experience Recommended
• High School Diploma/General Education Diploma (GED)/Higher Secondary education or commensurate work experience or demonstrated
competence.
• Typically has 6-8 years of related work experience, preferably in remote support, telephone support, technologies and customer
environments, or a related field.

develop recommended solutions.
