About Caterpillar Financial Products Division (FPD):

We help our customers, dealers and Caterpillar succeed through financial services solutions. We are the financial arm of Caterpillar Inc. headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee, with offices and subsidiaries located throughout North and South America, Asia, Africa, Australia and Europe.
 

You will be responsible for:

• Review open accounts accurately and in a timely manner to support collection efforts;

• Make outbound collection calls and handle written communication professionally while maintaining and improving customer relationships;

• Maintain and provide all documentation required for collection activities and legal cases;

• Liaise with external collection agencies and legal firms;

• Handle debt collection correspondence;

• Prepare various internal daily reports;

• Communicate effectively and efficiently with internal and external customers;

• Administer cases at the pre-trial and court debt collection stages;

• Coordinate the repossession of financed assets and support subsequent remarketing activities;

• Support litigation-related activities.

Requirements:

• At least one year of relevant experience in collections or customer service would be an advantage;

• Experience in the banking or leasing sector would be an asset;

• Minimum secondary education in law, economics, finance, or accounting;

• Intermediate level of English;

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word;

• Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with internal and external customers;

• Customer-focused mindset and strong multitasking abilities;

• Problem-solving, communication, and analytical decision-making skills.

Additional Information:

This role is located in Almaty, Kazakhstan.
Business travel time: occasionally, up to 10%.
