Customer Service Trainee with SPANISH - Early Careers Program
What You'll Do
- Learn and develop career within Global Customer Operations in a dynamic international environment.
- Support daily operational activities including Order Management, Invoice Management and Customer Service processes.
- Process and monitor customer orders while ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures.
- Manage and prioritize requests received through shared mailboxes and support timely resolution of customer inquiries.
- Collaborate with experienced colleagues and subject matter experts who will support your learning journey and professional growth.
- Gain hands-on experience with industry-leading systems such as SAP and Salesforce.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and contribute to operational excellence projects.
- Develop expertise in a Shared Services environment and build a strong foundation for a future career in Customer Operations, Supply Chain, or Business Services.
What We're Looking For
- Student or recent graduate interested in Customer Operations field.
- Strong willingness to learn and develop in an international business environment.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Solution-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong customer focus and commitment to delivering a positive customer experience.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive attitude and eagerness to take ownership of assigned tasks
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Good command of English (written and spoken) and Spanish or Portuguese
- Interest in working with business systems such as SAP and Salesforce.
