The Role:   

We are seeking Japan Customer Service to join our team in Tokyo.  

Customer Service is often the first and last interaction our customers have with us. In this position, you will support positive customer experiences through thoughtful and accurate service, while contributing to a team culture based on pride, trust, and confidence. 

Customer Service is responsible for order management, including order processing and customer communication. Our main mission is to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction. 

In this role you will: 

• Order Management (order entry, price request, generate quotation, sample arrangement, delivery schedule management.)  

• Understand order process and policies.  

• Communicate with customers by e-mail and phone. 

• Handle Customer complaints and requests.  

• Maintain customer portal.  

• Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, Logistics, Planners and global team.
