PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Enter data according to Standard Operating Procedure Respond to queries for information and access relevant files Record information into Cargo wise 1 Check completed work for accuracy Proactively communicate with customer via email Keeping sensitive customer or company information confidential Explore process improvement through Continuous Improvement initiative

SKILLS ESSENTIAL TO THE JOB

Technical Proven data entry working experience Familiarity with MS Office Typing speed and accuracy Proficiency in both spoken and written English Attention to details and accuracy
