Role overview:

As a Customer Service Representative fluent in French and English, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a smooth and professional experience. This is a non-technical role focused on delivering exceptional service, resolving inquiries, and supporting customer needs with empathy and efficiency.

What you will do:

· Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in both French and English
· Provide clear and accurate information about products, services, and company policies
· Handle customer complaints and resolve issues with professionalism and care
· Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using internal systems
· Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and effective resolution
· Uphold company standards and service guidelines in every interaction
· Identify and report recurring issues or customer feedback to improve service quality 

Who you are :
· Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
· Experienced in customer service or a similar client-facing role

· Familiar with basic computer systems and willing to learn new tools is a must

· Preferred past experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or Zendesk. 
· A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
· Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
· Calm under pressure and solution-focused
· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
