Job Description:

​ Essential Functions:

• Daily order process.

• Daily Sample order process.

• Backlog review.

• Shipment schedule monitor to make on time delivery.

• Shipment tracking.

• Communicate / Working with factory and distributions to deal with any issue.

• Support regular reports – Billing, POS, Inventory, Backlog, RFQ, Sales forecast.

• Systems support and customer complains / RMA.

Qualifications:

• Good Excel skill and data tracking capability.

• Good communication skill in English writing and reading.
