Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Manage customer orders including domestic, export and consignment orders in compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements, including order entry and order confirmation.
• Coordinate order fulfillment from invoice issuance through final delivery, including required documentation, order follow-up and issue resolution.
• Process credit notes and debit notes related to sales orders or customer complaints.
• Coordinate customer complaints and service cases related to sales orders and ensure proper follow-up.
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
• Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective order execution and customer service.
• Implement and optimize work processes, techniques and systems; share best practices and contribute to continuous improvement of the Order-to-Cash process.
• Support internal and external audits as needed.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Bachelor’s degree; no specific major is required.
• 2–3 years of experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain or a related function.
• Experience in a B2B business environment.
• Good knowledge of domestic trade processes.
• Good knowledge of international trade processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Working knowledge of SAP.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
