About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist with strong phone-based service experience and a passion for helping customers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving and can confidently support customers with order queries, product information and service requests.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

• Provide friendly, efficient and professional phone-based customer service to Ecolab customers
• Process manual orders with accuracy and attention to detail
• Track and follow up customer deliveries, ensuring orders arrive on time
• Liaise with internal teams (logistics, sales, service) to resolve customer queries
• Maintain accurate customer records and uphold Ecolab’s service standards
• Support general administration and workflow improvements as needed

What You Bring

To thrive in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience in a phone-based customer service environment (essential)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
• High attention to detail and confidence in processing orders or data
• Ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
• A positive, customer-first attitude and willingness to go the extra mile
• Experience in order management or logistics is highly regarded (but not essential)
