Main Responsibilities主要職責:
1.  Analyze and solve problems associated with the installation, start-up, and operation of relatively systems, components and equipment, either in-house or on-site.

2.            Analyze and perform repair or calibration work of customer returned products according to company repair procedure or know-how on time.

    根據公司維修程序或及時的專業知識分析並執行客戶退回產品的維修或校準工作。

3.            Develop and maintain good customer relations, improve customer satisfaction.

    發展和保持良好的客戶關係，提高客戶滿意度。

4.            Organize and perform local training courses to customers or colleagues.

    為客戶或同事組織並執行本地培訓課程。

5.            Preparation of relevant technical documents.

    準備相關技術文件。

6.            Maintains appropriate tools and keeps on hand and as required.

    維護適當的工具並根據需要隨時提供。

7.            Travels as required for the purpose of performing service activities at customer sites.

    根據需要旅行，以在客戶現場進行服務活動。

8.            Update the know-how knowledge about the company’s products and improve the service to customer

9.           Prepare updates and maintain accurate logs, equipment performance data, service records, parts usage documentation and diagnostic update

10.         Other task assigned by management.

Qualifications資格:

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science/Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field. 機/電子/化工/材料/環境學士學位。 At least 2 years’ service experience.

    至少2年的服務經驗。

High degree of initiative and good communication skills. Capable of dealing with technical discussion with customers.
Basic English communications in both oral and written.

基礎的英語口語和書面溝通能力。

High energy, team player and capability of working under pressure.
Self-motivated, initiative, open-minded, and detail oriented.

7.            Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, including potential evening, weekend, and holiday work.
