What you'll do:

• Support patients, employees, and partners in real time by answering phone calls and voicemails.
• Resolving issues, escalate concerns, and support service continuity.
• Deliver responsive communication that keeps care moving.
• Ensure smooth operations by triaging, resolving, or redirecting issues at the appropriate level.

What you bring: 

One year administrative or office experience is an asset 
Scheduling experience is an asset 
Strong computer skills   
Superior Customer service skills 
Ability to effectively communicate both orally and written 
Compassion and empathy when interacting with patients and their families
