Join us as a Customer Service Associate where you'll play a critical role in ensuring smooth inbound operations, system accuracy, and excellent customer experience.

What You’ll Do

Inbound Operations & Documentation

  • Manage and verify inbound documentation (receiving reports, stock cards, tally sheets) with high accuracy

  • Ensure timely and accurate sharing of required inbound documents with customers

  • Generate inbound summary reports in WMS to support inventory checks

  • Maintain audit-ready documentation and ensure compliance with operational standards

Order & Process Coordination

  • Prepare and review picklists with strong attention to detail

  • Work closely with warehouse and operations teams to ensure accurate execution

  • Validate inbound ASN creation in WMS to ensure data integrity

Systems & Inventory Management (SAP, WMS & AWS)

  • Perform Goods Receipt (GR) in SAP accurately and on time

  • Monitor stock levels, including expired inventory and inventory movements

  • Track and reconcile inventory transactions across SAP and WMS

  • Manage daily auto status reports (e.g., KCAP, KCW3)

  • Gain exposure to AWS-based systems and digital tools supporting logistics operations

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in Customer Service, Logistics, or Warehouse Operations

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation

  • Familiarity with SAP, WMS, or similar systems

  • Good communication skills to engage customers and internal stakeholders

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

  • A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills
