What You Can Expect:
1. Managing Customer Relationships.
- Engage with customers in an inviting, friendly, and professional manner to deliver exceptional service.
- Manage a large volume of inbound and outbound calls, emails and chats with knowledge and efficiency.
- Complete administration of all customer communications for assigned customer accounts including queries, complaints, orders etc.
2. Managing the Order Fulfilment Process
- Take responsibility for end-to-end process of tasks undertaken from receiving to shipping, ensuring all SOPs are complied with.
- Adhere to any specific customer processes and procedures.
- Create picklists on WMS form Warehouse Personnel when orders are received.
- Report stock status and material movement to customers and vendors as required.
- Report feedback from the customer to management and/or the appropriate department.
3. Supporting the Inventory Management Process.
- Engage with Warehouse Personnel to ensure accurate recording of information and activity.
- Assist system accuracy by keying important information regarding transfers of stock and investigating cycle count inaccuracies for assigned customer accounts.
- Assist IT Department with WMS queries/updates/changes.
- Coordinating with stock controller to conduct regular (Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly) stock takes.
4. Supporting the efficient and effective operation of the Logistics Department.
- Log customer requests as required to support activity analysis and invoicing.
- Log customer activity for business purposes as required.
- Assist with the continuous improvement and development of the department and its procedures, through provision of feedback to the manager
- Support other departments in relation to customer activity data.
- Data entry, correction, and review.
What You Bring:
- 1 year experience in Customer Service related role desirable.
- Highly motivated and willing to take ownership of this role.
- Ability to work own initiative and track multiple processes.
- Knowledge of logistics industry (preferred).
- Computer-competent with a working knowledge of logistics software/WMS systems.
- Strong organisational skills and coordination abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Keen on working in a fast-paced environment.
