Job Description
Responsible for creating a positive and memorable experience for Globe customers by providing assistance, recommendations, on best Globe products and services to meet their needs and/or resolving their issues> Assists customers'journey in using digital channels via face to face digital user assistance or education
> Attends to sales and service needs of customer
> Approves & processes sales and services applications and transactions in the system
> Process payment for bills, purchases and other transactions
