Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute clinical education programs and initiatives for Healthcare Practitioners (HCPs) to support the knowledge and understanding of Galderma Aesthetics portfolio
• Provide direct coaching and guidance to HCPs to ensure team's clinical and business proficiency
• Partner with Sales and Marketing teams for scientific-based events to promote each brand’s focus area and Galderma’s injection methodology
• Monitor monthly CET activities and training expenses and develop evaluation report on training activities
• Manage, report and follow up with HCPs on any product quality complaint and adverse events to relevant department
• Be equipped with updated injection techniques and beauty concepts related to aesthetic injectables Develop training materials and relative SOP if needed

Requirements

• University degree (BS or Master) with Pharmacy / Nursing or Medical related majors
• At least 5 years in training/sales experience in aesthetic/ cosmetic/ pharmaceutical industry. Experienced in working with Healthcare Practitioners and KOL management is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop rapport quickly
• Experienced in coaching and facilitation skills is a bonus
• Possesses growth mindset and learning agility
• Intermediate to advanced English language capability in reading, writing, listening and speaking
• High degree of personal integrity and professionalism
• Highly self-motivated, a team player
