  • Analyze customer trends, segmentation strategies, and lifecycle performance to identify opportunities for growth and retention.
  • Prepare clear, concise presentations and written recommendations that enable business partners to make informed decisions.
  • Support campaign execution processes through customer file extraction, validation, and deployment in marketing platforms such as Bluecore.

  • Possesses exceptional learning agility and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to quickly learn new business concepts, processes, and technologies. Demonstrates a disciplined and structured approach to coding, analysis, and problem-solving, with the ability to analyze complex and ambiguous business requests, connect seemingly unrelated information, and develop clear, logical, and actionable solutions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex analyses into clear business recommendations.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

  • Master's degree in a Mathematics, Statistics, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
  • Experience supporting CRM, customer analytics, loyalty, or direct-to-consumer marketing programs.
  • Familiarity with customer segmentation, campaign measurement, test-and-control methodology, and retail analytics.
  • Experience working with marketing automation or Email Service Provider (ESP) platforms such as Bluecore.
  • Knowledge of statistical modeling, forecasting, or predictive analytics techniques.
