We are looking for: 

An organised, service-minded coordinator to run the delivery and administration side of Customer Care, so that every unit is handed over on time and complete, and our interior designers can focus on clients and sales. The role splits approximately 70% delivery coordination and 30% Customer Care administration, varying with delivery volume and seasonality.

What will you do:

• Handover Preparation: Prepare and support the delivery of units to clients, including handover scheduling, documentation and handover packs.
• Unit Readiness: Coordinate the preparation of each unit before delivery with the technical team and contractors: readiness, cleaning and snagging.
• Vendor Coordination: Coordinate vendors on the delivery and installation of SASPA items, in line with handover dates.
• On-Site Handovers: Attend handovers on site, record snags and follow them through to closure.
• Delivery Tracking: Keep the delivery status of all units up to date.
• Team Support: Support the Customer Care team with admin, documentation, preparation and data entry.
• Inbox & Tickets: Manage the customercare@ inbox and tickets.
• Client Portal: Keep portal updates current.

Requirements

Must Have's:

• Relevant Experience: At least 2 years in administration, coordination or customer service. A degree is not required.
• Languages: Fluent Greek and English, written and spoken.
• Organisation: Very well organised, able to juggle many units, vendors and deadlines at once.
• Data & Tools: Accurate with data; confident with email and Google Sheets.
• Mobility: Driving licence and availability to visit project sites in Limassol.
• Service Attitude: Calm, service-minded and solution-focused with clients, vendors and contractors.
