We’re looking for a Customer Banking Manager to join our Broome branch in full-time basis.

Please note that rosters are predetermined. Before applying, please ensure you are available to cover the following roster:

Roster: Monday to Friday - 8:30am - 4:50pm - 38 hours per week.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is ready to take on more responsibility and play a key leadership role within a branch. As the 2IC, you will work closely with an experienced and supportive Branch Manager, helping lead the team, deliver great outcomes for our customers and keep the branch running at its best.

Banking experience isn’t essential. We are looking for someone capable and curious who learns quickly, connects well with people and is comfortable stepping up and taking ownership. You may already be a leader, or you may be someone with strong potential who is ready for that next opportunity.

What matters most is that you bring good judgement, energy and a genuine desire to make a difference for customers and your team. We can teach you banking, and you will have a strong Branch Manager alongside you to help you learn, develop and succeed.
