Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet organizational goals. The position demands active involvement in coordinating efforts across multiple groups to maintain high standards of quality, scalability, and system performance, while fostering an environment that supports innovation and collaboration.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards and best practices within the team.
- Mentor and support team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.
- Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders to align technical efforts with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java (Programming Language).
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
- Experience with software architecture design and implementation for scalable applications.
- Familiarity with version control systems and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Ability to analyze and optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Experience in leading development teams and managing software delivery processes.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java (Programming Language).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
