Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application needs. The position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaboration with various stakeholders to deliver efficient and effective software solutions that support business operations and enhance user experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of software solutions that align with business objectives.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Mentor junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot, Microservices and Light Weight Architecture.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java Enterprise Edition.
- Strong knowledge of designing scalable and maintainable microservices-based applications.
- Experience in configuring and deploying applications in cloud or on-premise environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance and reliability.
- Familiarity with RESTful API design and integration.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Spring Boot.
- This position is based at our BDC7B - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
