Summary:
Looking for an experienced SAP BTP Data Engineer to design and implement data foundations for custom AI solutions. The role involves developing data products, ingestion pipelines, vector-based knowledge repositories, and contextual data services that enable SAP Joule, AI agents, and enterprise AI use cases. The candidate will ensure data quality, governance, scalability, and optimized data retrieval across SAP and enterprise platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop data products supporting AI and SAP Joule solutions.
Build data ingestion pipelines from SAP S/4HANA and enterprise systems.
Implement vector stores, embeddings, and AI knowledge repositories.
Develop contextual data services for AI agent grounding and retrieval.
Enable trusted access to structured and unstructured enterprise content.
Establish and maintain data quality, governance, and compliance standards.
Implement monitoring, observability, and operational controls for data platforms.
Optimize AI solution performance through data engineering enhancements.
Collaborate with AI Engineers and Solution Architects on retrieval and data strategies.
Support scalable and secure enterprise AI data architectures.
