Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to align with specific business processes and application needs. This role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding the unique requirements of each project and creatively developing solutions that enhance operational efficiency. Collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure the applications meet intended goals is a key part of the daily routine, alongside continuous refinement and adaptation of software components to evolving business demands.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
- Ensure the quality and performance of applications through rigorous testing and debugging.
- Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of software designs and configurations.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with technical challenges.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Experience in developing responsive and scalable user interfaces using modern web technologies.
- Strong understanding of component-based architecture and event-driven programming.
- Ability to integrate Salesforce applications with external systems and APIs.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and optimizing application performance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
